Tournament Registration

Please use the registration form below to register for our tournaments. IMPORTANT information:

  • $500 deposit due at the time of registration

  • No refunds given to registered teams that cancel within 14 days of a scheduled tournament.

  • Please email a copy of your USA Hockey Team Roster to henryjessica.nla@gmail.com

  • Payments must be received in full prior to the team's first game

  • Please make checks/money orders payable to Northern Lights Arena. Credit/Debit cards accepted with a 4% processing fee.

  • Payments can be made directly at Northern Lights Arena, or can be mailed to: Northern Lights Arena - 751 Woodward Ave, Alpena, MI 49707.
